98% of Ukrainians believe in the victory of Ukraine in the war with Russia - a survey
In the preliminary survey conducted in April, 97%believed in the victory of Ukraine in the war. When asked if they support President Vladimir Zelensky's actions, 59% said they support and 32% - that they support. Thus, in general, 91% of respondents support the President's actions. At the same time, only 2% of respondents are strongly approved, and another 5% are not approved. The actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fully support 88% of respondents, rather support - 10%.
Thus, 98% of Ukrainians approve of the army. At the same time, according to the survey, the support of NATO membership has increased in recent months. 72% of Ukrainians would support the Alliance if the referendum was held now. It is a jump at 13 percentage points, compared to a survey conducted in April. A new survey also shows that the vast majority of Ukrainians do not believe that they will give way to Russian invaders.
64% believe that Ukraine will retain all territories from its internationally recognized borders in 1991 after the present war. Another 14% believe that Ukraine will return the territory that was controlled by Russia on February 24. Asked "What concessions are you personally willing to make an end to the war?" 40% replied that no one. 29% believe that Ukraine can declare neutral status and abandon NATO accession. 8% replied that the Russian language can be recognized as the second state.
