Mikhalkov asks Russian authorities not to mobilize cinema industry from "significant projects"

The Russian director believes that it is necessary to give a delay to conscripts to finish all the shooting processes. The fleet from the conscription was also made by the pharmaceutical companies of the aggressor country.

The head of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, Russian director Nikita Mikhalkov appealed to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin to provide a deferral for the call during partial mobilization to those specialists of the cinema industry, who is involved in the shooting of "socially significant projects". About it writes TASS agency with reference to Mikhalkov's press service.

The director, known for his anti-Ukrainian statements, stressed that he does not ask for complete release from mobilization for anyone. "I am only saying that the shooting processes, launched and mainly on public money, if they really have artistic and moral value, are completed and come to the audience," the press service reports. He noted that it was directly about those without whom the shooting processes could not be completed.

Mikhalkov also mentioned the Second World War, when film production continued even in the case of fighting. Russian pharmaceutical companies also asked to dismiss employees from conscription during partial mobilization. According to Kommersant, such a delay is considered necessary most of the profile associations in the market of medicines and medical equipment of the Russian Federation.

They claim that because of the production peculiarities, it will not be possible to find a replacement for mobilized employees. The letter of pharmaceutical companies to the government emphasizes that highly qualified specialists are involved in the production of medicines who know the specifics of the regular processes of the industry, the peculiarities of high -tech production of drugs, as well as the complexity of guaranteeing safe logistics.

Pharmacists emphasize that their industry is particularly important now, because medicines should be provided not only patients but also those who will suffer during the "special operation" in Ukraine. Earlier, Russian agricultural producers and a Budindustry were asked for a delay from mobilization for their employees. According to sectoral organizations, because of the call of a large number of citizens, the harvesting campaign in the aggressor country may be at risk of disruption.
