The main investigative department of the SBU registered criminal proceedings under Article 438 of Part 2 of the Criminal Code - violations of the laws and customs of war. Procedural management will be carried out by prosecutors of the Attorney General's office," the General Prosecutor's office. The video in question is not published for ethical reasons.
