"The electric system of the region remains unstable due to the destruction as a result of hostile bombardment in March," Zhivitsky wrote. According to him, there are possible strikes of Russians on the objects of energy supply of Ukraine. The head of the Poltava Ova Dmitry Lunin said that light and water supply in the region will soon be restored.
