The de -occupation of Crimea and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine should be on the agenda of all civilized countries of the world - Igor Zhovkva

Igor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, spent an online meeting with the national security advisor and external relations of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom Belgium Peter Murs.

Igor Zhovkva thanked Belgium and personally Prime Minister Alexander de Croo for his significant military, financial and humanitarian aid that Ukraine receives from the first days of a full-scale invasion of Russia, as well as for giving the shelter of thousands of Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes.

"Belgium not only supports the introduction of the most rigid sanctions against Russia - it is one of the key driving forces of this process on the European continent," - said the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. The willingness of the Kingdom of Belgium to accept for the treatment of dozens of wounded Ukrainian military deserves special respect. The parties touched the participation of Belgium in the second summit of the International Crimean Platform.
