"The sites are absolutely empty." As the occupiers will force residents of the occupied Kherson region to participate in the pseudo -referendum

Russia uses violent methods to force people to participate in pseudo -referendums. Serhiy Khlan, a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council, told what threatens the refusal to vote. “Today in the morning [polling stations] opened and began to distribute their propaganda media, information about allegedly large lines of people at polling stations. But, as people report: absolutely no one, [the site] is absolutely empty, ”the deputy said.

Video of the day, according to him, locals try to maintain communication and transmit messages about events, distribute photos of empty sites. Khlan also has information about how the invaders are going to force people to vote: “The occupiers are now creating two groups of bypass at these polling stations.

One group is strengthened, with the military of the Russian Federation, and they will go around the lists of people who have never addressed the occupiers for the so -called assistance of 10 thousand rubles, did not write applications for receiving a Russian passport. The list of these people will be elaborated by the intensified group, they will come to them, ”Khlan said.

He also hoped that people would be able to avoid participating in a pseudo -referendum and added that in cities it is much easier to avoid risks than in the villages: “In villages, the situation is more difficult, because in the villages, unfortunately, collaborators and traitors operate everywhere. They have information who is at home and will strive into the homes of these people to force. ” Khlan emphasized: “We understand that under the muzzle of a machine gun it will be forced.

In case of refusal [to vote], even, they will delay. Perhaps not today, but exactly after the 27th there will be detention. It is best for our people to be hiding, to stay these four days. " On September 23, in the occupied territories of several regions of Ukraine - Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson - Russia is trying to simulate false "referendums" for the purpose of annexation. At the same time, Russian troops do not completely control any of these areas.
