Life workers. As during the war the conditions of employment of Ukrainians in Europe changed
Prior to the war, the European Employment Market for Ukrainians was stable, employers were eager to hire workers from Ukraine. Although it was not easy to find a highly qualified job - it required not only a high level of language of residence, but also the passage of a rather time -consuming and long -term qualification confirmation procedure. According to official statistics, most migrants from Ukraine were men (approximately 60-65%) at the age of 25-45 years.
Despite the presence of higher education in most Ukrainian migrant workers, they were most often engaged in physical work, as it is not only easier to get, but it is also a higher paying one. The most popular vacancies for Ukrainians: construction, repair work, agriculture, logistics, conveyor work at factories, etc. Ukrainian women in European countries were most often arranged for vacancies, maids, caregivers, cooks, waiters, Ukrainian teachers and more.
As for the countries where Ukrainians often went to work, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Baltic countries were the most popular areas. In Western European countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom), it was more difficult to arrange official employment and accommodation, so they were in lower demand. However, the Ukrainian company Vav Synergy has all this time contributed to the successful and legal employment of people in these countries.
Prior to the start of a full-scale invasion of Europe, about 5 million Ukrainians worked, after February 24, a certain number of men returned home to stand in the ranks of defenders, and many women, on the contrary, left the country, trying to protect themselves and their children. It should also be forgotten that the employment situation has changed radically inside the country, and therefore a considerable number of people wishing to find a job abroad.
Despite the fact that refugees are guaranteed open access to work, not everyone is arranged. For example, from more than 3 million Ukrainians who went to Poland, only about 200 thousand were officially employed. Those who have been in office work often cannot settle for similar vacancies in Europe, because this requires good language skills and confirmation of education.
Employers' searches have also changed - if they were mostly interested in men who could do physical labor, then because of restrictions on traveling abroad, offering work and opportunities to get a decrease for Ukrainian men. There were fewer vacancies for women and before the war, and now demand has declined even more. Employers also understand that the vast majority of refugees will return home over time and hesitate to hire people temporarily.
But all the above difficulties are gradually solved, including at the pan -European level. Yes, people who do not know the country of residence can attend integration courses after applying for residence. The conditions of confirmation of diplomas and specialties are also gradually simplified, as well as receiving work invitations. In addition, the European Union is making efforts to simplify the search for work by Ukrainians.
Recently, a special "pool pool" was created for this purpose, which allows refugees with the appropriate level of qualification to find the vacancy faster. Of course, for more comfortable employment without problems and in the fastest time, you can use the services of the appropriate company. For example, Vav Synergy will not only help you find work abroad, but also offer a full range of services for legal employment.
The company employees will provide support to clients at all stages - from filling in the questionnaire and collecting a work visa package to solving problems during their direct stay at work. The employment process will take place without intermediaries and thus reduce to 48 days. The main goal of the company is to help people get a job that will fully meet their professional level and personal requirements.
