The Minister of Foreign Affairs Naniaya Machuta stated that the illegal and unjustified invasion of Russia into Ukraine was made possible by the large military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, including a wide network of defense enterprises.
"These organizations create and develop weapons, technologies, communication systems and other equipment, as well as provide services such as insurance and transport," she said. The sanctions were imposed against certain branches of the Armed Forces, including logistics, as well as defense enterprises responsible for the supply of weapons and equipment to the Armed Forces.
