Its goal is to help young men and women, girls and boys with professional development and job search.

The full -scale war influenced different spheres of life of Ukrainians, in particular the economic situation and the possibility of professional realization. A third of the population is still not working. And it would seem that this problem had to bypass the youth, and instead touched it most (according to the fourteenth nationwide poll from the sociological group "Rating", June 18-19, 2022).

So young boys and girls lost their opportunity to financially provide themselves, and with it - a comfortable lifestyle, confidence, psychological stability. According to a study conducted by the "Dream and Acting Program" in June this year, about 60% of young people aged 18-34, who had work before the war, have lost it, and 20% work remotely or have partial employment.

Therefore, supporting employment initiatives is, first and foremost, for us to give young people confidence in their own economic capabilities. Your career wins will allow girls and boys, including internally displaced youth, to get acquainted with the opportunities aimed at employment and career development that appear despite the war. This helps to overcome stereotypes related to job search and career construction in current circumstances.

And this is a great component of the country's sustainability and the confidence that we will win and restore the well -being of young Ukrainian women and Ukrainians. Our team has been working for more than 5 years to increase the number of people who have a favorite job with happy Mondays. Currently, more than 70% of our audience is the youth aged 18-35, which, unfortunately, has not been missed by the problem of loss of work and sources of income. Therefore, a great care request is great.

And we are grateful that, together with international partners, we can more systematically support Ukrainian women and Ukrainians among the IDPs within the framework of your career victory. A consulting program from experts/OK on career issues, educational measures for mastering current skills and publication of vacancies in new places of stay is planned.

In addition, they will work with employers to increase the number of professional opportunities for young people, including IDPs, so that the latter may not exclude from the candidates only because of their current social status. This is an important and needed initiative that will allow girls and boys to feel more confident in the labor market in current circumstances.

What activities can participants/projects be joined? Becoming your career participants/these victory, girls and boys will be able to: Who can take part? Ukrainians and Ukrainian women aged 18 to 35 (including IDPs) are invited to participate, who have lost their work and/or sources of income as a result of the war and are currently looking for new opportunities for employment and professional development. If you are ready to join, fill in the questionnaire on the project website.

How can companies and independent experts support young people? One of the important areas of activity of the project is to work with employers on increasing professional opportunities or adaptation to current needs for young people 18-35.

To do this, they are looking for partners among Happy Monday companies to work for boys and girls, in particular, to open vacancies, young people, including IDPs, to share professional opportunities (internships, courses, educational programs, competitions, scholarships, etc. e. ) or priority to provide young people from IDPs, create and run their own educational programs or young people, etc.
