More than two thousand Russians have been disconnected from electricity. At the same time, there were no injured and affected people among the local population. Rescuers, police officers and representatives of other operational services left the scene.

The governor promised residents of settlements to restore power supply within 2-3 hours. Local publications inform that people in the city also have problems with water supply. It is reported that the failure of the water utility occurred due to emergency shutdown of electricity. However, the water is promised to give water in the next few hours.
