President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky wrote a traditional evening appeal to the Ukrainian people, noting that there is a way to defend himself from the new aggression of Russia and Ukraine succeeds, while "the enemy has become even more isolated and even more hopeless.

" The text of the appeal appeared on the website of the Presidential Office. Zelensky recalled that this week Ukraine has received a decision on new defense support packages: from the USA, Lithuania, Finland and Germany. He also noted that "strong arrangements" and a safety package during the visit of Prime Minister Japan Kisida to Kiev. And one and a half billion euros of the EU macrofin from the EU have already been taken to the National Bank's accounts.

The Croatian government has approved a program for the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian wounded soldiers. In addition, this week, Greece joined the group of partners working on the creation of a special joint. The Office of the International Criminal Court will also be opened in Ukraine.
