Berry Occupation: Residents held in the basement will receive 100 thousand

The Ministry of Reintegration also reported that state aid will receive 235 Ukrainians released from Russian captivity and 301 families illegally deprived of Russian Federation. The residents of the village of Yaidyne in Chernihiv region, which Russian invaders were kept in the basement during the occupation of the region, will receive assistance from the state in the amount of UAH 100 thousand. This was announced today, May 31, the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration of Ukraine.

According to the department, 84 residents of the village of Yaidne in the Chernihiv region, which the Russians were kept in the basement of a local school and tortured, receive 100 thousand hryvnias of state aid. The Ministry of Reintegration also reported that state aid will receive 235 Ukrainians released from the Russian captivity. It is also planned to allocate financial assistance to 301 families of persons who were illegally deprived of their will.

The department reported that the funds will be transferred to the victims immediately after all the necessary documents and statements were provided. We will remind, on April 3, 2023, on the anniversary of the liberation of the village of Yaidne President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a school, in the basement of which the Russians kept Ukrainians. According to him, about 400 inhabitants of the village there were about 370 people.
