About it reports the American Institute of War Study (ISW). The Russians are likely to continue to use the position around the Nikopol shelling on the opposite side of the Kakhovka reservoir.
Analysts say that Russian troops use facilities to ZPP and in the city of Energodar as a shelter, where they rest and protect their equipment from Ukrainian blows, taking into account the security status of NPPs. According to ISW, Russian troops conducted unsuccessful land storms of settlements south of Bakhmut and unsuccessfully tried to move to the Lozovo Kherson region, probably aiming at the Ukrainian bridgehead on the Ingulets River.
The Russians also held several limited ground attacks to the north, northwest and southwest of Donetsk. Russian and Ukrainian troops exchanged heavy artillery fire in Sands. Analysts believe that this indicates that Russians are unlikely to have full control over the sands.
