In Russia, they boasted a new way of protecting communication from intercepting in war: how does it work
Researchers from the constellation concern explained that when intercepting communication, the enemy may recognize information about the individual structure of radio signals. The new approach should significantly distort the form of signals, breaking them into fragments of a certain length, which should then be processed, given these distortions. The technology is expected to prevent opponents to intercept messages and recognize them as sent by the same equipment.
As a result, the military will not be able to determine the tactical and strategic type of communications or radio technical complexes, then firing and destroying them. "The solution developed by our specialists will significantly increase the protection of radio communications, which is critical in the performance of combat missions," - said the CEO of the constellation Sergey Vilkov.
Earlier there was information that the military of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation forbade the use of drones and smartphones for safety. According to Ivan Stupak, the expert of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future, the restrictions will be played by the Ukrainian military who will be able to prevail in the air. In early January, they wrote that the Ukrainian military intercepts the conversations of the occupiers and calculate their location on mobile phones.
