The Russian representative to the UN Vasyl Nemenza stated that the Russian Federation allegedly planned a meeting of the Council long before the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Moscow wants to explain at a meeting that the children were deported because the Russian Federation allegedly just wanted to deprive them of their danger.
