On September 21, reports that long queues from Russian citizens who wish to leave their country gathered on the Russian borders. The Kachta Telegram Channel reports that people are constantly arriving at the border with Mongolia at the same name. On September 19, the Baltic States and Poland restricted entering the Schengen area for Russian citizens. Today, Latvia Foreign Minister Edgar Rinkevich has specified that for mobilization Russians, they do not intend to make an exception: the evasion should not count on humanitarian visas.
