According to them, Russian propagandists should promote the idea of ​​the "People's War" in Ukraine, in which you can win by only uniting. The Russian media have been instructed on how to "correct" the beginning of "partial mobilization" in Russia.

According to Medusa, for the state and pro -government media, they have developed a methodology in the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, which was disposed of to journalists. The publication writes that the pro -government Roszma should convey to the Russians thesis that their country is threatened by NATO forces, which seek to dismember and rob Russia, so the whole people should unite before this threat.

In this context, the idea of ​​the "People's War" in Ukraine will be promoted, in which you can win, as it has always managed to Russia, "only the whole world. " As an argument, Russian propagandists are given the fact that Russian soldiers in Ukraine are killed by "mercenaries and terrorists" from the West with the help of NATO weapons.

"It is no longer possible to stay away and to blame all the burden of responsibility for contractors and people's police of Donbass, the front line is more the need for mobilization. Another reason for the mobilization of citizens of propagandists is the shelling of border areas with Ukraine and annexed Crimea. So citizens want to convey the idea that it is necessary to defend the homeland, which they began to strike.
