Forgot about Erdogan: Putin's meeting with Turkey President began with Confusion (video)

The President of the Russian Federation began without waiting when the Turkish leader is connected by the translator. Today's meeting of Turkish and Russia presidents in Sochi began with a little delay. The reason was that Rezhep Taiip Erdogan was forgotten to connect the heap-translator, while Vladimir Putin had already started the public part of the talks. The meeting was broadcast on YouTube on Friday, August 5.

The footage can be seen as Putin, addressing Erdogan in the presence of journalists, says "Dear Mr. President". After the Russian leader saw that his Turkish colleague had not connected the head for translation from Russian to Turkish, a small pause arose. Putin tried to point out to Erdogan with gestures that his colleague should turn on the device, but he did not understand it.

In the end, the Kremlin's assistants had to intervene in the situation and help Erdogan to connect the gadget, after which Putin began his greeting speech at first. We will remind, according to journalists, the topics of negotiations of leaders of the two countries will be possible military operation in northern Syria, the work of the grain corridor and the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
