The tenth package of assistance and training in the Armed Forces: Finland will strengthen the military support of Ukraine

Defense Minister Kaykconen emphasizes that Finnish instructors are now teaching Ukrainian soldiers under the British program, but they are considering participating in EU operations. Finland considers the opportunity to start training in the Ukrainian military in the EU, and also prepares 10 assistance packages for Ukraine. About it reports Helsingin Sanomat. Defense Minister Anti Kaykconen said Finland would continue Ukraine's support.

The option is currently being considered how the Finnish army is involved in the training of the Armed Forces. "When our possible role in the EU's training operation will be more detailed, we will see how and where the training will be most advantageous," the minister said. The Armed Forces are already training 20 Finnish military instructors, but within the British Basic Military Training Program. Currently, about 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been agreed to the EU to study.

In addition, individual countries will carry out specific training for the development of the transmitted weapons. Kaykconen also stated that Ukraine's support would be intensified by military training. Finland will soon send a new financial aid package. The Minister promises the decision on this in the near future. However, its content, as well as the previous ones, is not voiced. Recall that the Armed Forces fighters received M/50 Frag Finnish grenades.
