And we should not forget that on the threshold of October - the moon is very fateful for Russia from a historical point of view. It was in October 1917 that the Communists came to power, and exactly 76 years later President Yeltsin abolished the Soviet model of power in Russia. Today, it is clear to everyone in the world that Russian dictator Putin and his environment are under great and comprehensive pressure, both external and internal.
The pressure on the Russian military-political leadership is not only successful in the Armed Forces, the Ukrainian authorities and representatives of the West at all levels, but also the leaders of the East, such as China President Xi Jinping and India Prime Minister China Modi.
It is no secret that the Russian president has been traveling to Samarkand Summit to obtain approval and support for the last seven months by the leaders of the two states who officially adhere to neutral policies in the war of Russia against Ukraine. It was India and China who, as the dictator, had political support and help to form a multipolar world, which Russian propagandists have repeatedly shouted. However, instead of supporting the Kremlin head received a cold shower.
The leaders of the two greatest countries of the East publicly read it as a common schoolboy who did not learn the lesson. Modi even said that "the current era is not an era of wars", having hinted Putin to dissatisfied with the greatest military conflict in Europe since 1945. And he recommended ending the war as soon as possible, because it is not in favor of the modern world. Stunned by such statements, the Kremlin's head was forced to justify himself.
Yes, the Russian dictator left the Samarkand, caught the lick. It is simply impossible to change the world order, only occasionally crawling from the hopper, without having reliable information and fearing to visit the front line. India and China have made it clear that their own economic interests are much more important than crazy Putin ideas for changing world order.
And extremely symbolic, in my opinion, looks the fact that the Kremlin explained it in Samarkand - the oldest city, which at one time was the most important component of the Great Silk Road connecting the West and East. Although the Russian president himself would certainly want to hear a comparison with the famous medieval conqueror Tamerlan, whose tomb is located in Samarkand.
In addition to the personal failure of the dictator, the same fate also befell the Kremlin propaganda, the main thesis of which was a false statement that they were supported by half of humanity, if in arithmetic to compose the population of China and India. Returning home in an extremely depressed mood, Putin made a decision to mobilize and hold "referendums" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and on the last day of September, he announced their annexation in general.
There is no doubt that all these decisions the dictator made under pressure from the internal forces, namely the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the so -called "Party of War", headed by the famous terrorist Igor Girkin and military correspondents. It was they who allowed themselves unpleasant statements to the Kremlin and the Defense Ministry in recent months, demanding mobilization.
At the same time, Putin was desperate to start peace talks with Ukraine and the West, using all the methods and means available for this purpose. The obvious confirmation of this is the exchange of 215 Ukrainian soldiers - heroes for Medvedchuk. It should be understood that the negotiations in which the Saudi prince is involved are not limited to weeks or two. Such negotiations take months.
Unfortunately for Moscow, the exchange with the participation of Medvedchuk coincided with the announcement of the Kremlin Head of Mobilization. Two such contradictory events are very eloquently characterized by Putin - he is not able to make a favorable pressure for himself under pressure. Each of its pressure decisions is invariably erroneous, if not catastrophic. He managed to set up all the latest solutions against himself.
Proponents of the continuation of the war, headed by Girkin, criticized him for poor mobilization and exchange of Ukrainian soldiers for Medvedchuk, because it is an obvious disregard for state interests for the sake of personal, the same comrade Stalin would never have done so. The conditional "party of peace" was outraged by the escalation caused by the declared mobilization, which means the end of hope for peace talks.
Also, the dictator, having announced the mobilization, violated his unspoken contract with the so -called "deep people". He consisted in the fact that all military adventures of the Putin regime are attended by professional troops, while the "deep people" watched the war on TV with beer in their hands. Therefore, the Kremlin's decision to carry out mobilization is satisfied only by the Ministry of Defense, and not completely. But Putin is late.
He decided to escalate the situation as much as possible. Everyone demanded to act from him, to make some decision, so he made it. Only about the quality of this decision and his responsibility obviously forget to think. Not surprisingly, because the Soviet socialist system did not teach.
