Igor Shkurk, the first deputy director general and chief engineer "Yakutsenkenergo", was found dead in the Yakutskaya detention center. Prior to his appointment, Shkurko worked as a CEO of South Yakuta Electrical Networks. He was a deputy of the Aldan district council from the party "Edina Rossia".
