Patreon and Grammarly were blocked in the Russian Federation
Patreon is no longer available in the Russian Federation (photo: Patreon) Russian Roskomnadzor, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, blocked the Patreon and Grammarly platform. This was reported by Radio Liberty. It is noted that the Grammarly service Russian authorities accuse the dissemination of "false socially significant information under the guise of reliable messages.
" Grammarly has a page with a statement of the resource to suspend work in Russia and Belarus. But since the sites work under the HTTPS, the whole resource is not available in Russia. In April, Grammarly was founded by Ukrainians to stop the user service in the Russian Federation and Belarus. And the money that has received from users from these countries since 2014 will be transferred to organizations and funds that support Ukrainians.
