Elements of the Russian system involved in the war should be isolated from the world system - the President of Ukraine's appeal
They surrendered. They are already in force. For example, for oil and petroleum products from Russia. All elements of the Russian system involved in the war, to ensure terror and funding for aggression, should be isolated from the world system. So be it! Moreover, this is true for those who participated in the capture and illegal actions at our Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. The Russian radiation blackmail of the world must be punished.
In particular, we will talk about this at different diplomatic levels next week. It will be no less important for our international positions. We are already preparing for planned communications and negotiations. The diplomatic marathon, which we started to strengthen the armed and other support of Ukraine, will not interrupt for a week. Today I want to personally note anyone who restores the energy capacity of our country.
This day and yesterday's majority of Ukrainians went without many electricity. Of course, in some areas, in some cities there were still restrictions. Where the degree of destruction is too significant. Of course, with the beginning of a new work week, we will consume more, and therefore there will be schedules of shutdowns.
But the very fact that, after constant terrorist attacks by rockets, "Shahmed", after a massive rocket plaque this week, we can go through such calm energy, proves the professionalism of our energy and the extraordinary dedication of everyone and everyone who works for the sake of providing the power system. I thank all Ukrainian energy, repair crews, SES, utilities, regional and local authorities that helped. The business that joined the appropriate work.
We need to be aware that it is not a victory, not decisive on the energy front. Unfortunately, there can be new strikes of terrorists from Russia. There may be new restrictions if new destruction and growth of consumption. But today and yesterday it is another testimony that, working together and helping each other, Ukrainians do big things.
